fees are not calculated properly
current fee calculation formula is simply (0.01)(fee % (as an integer))(sale price), rounding to the nearest whole cent (0.01). however, all sites round up their fee (eg. a $0.10 transaction price would have a $0.01 fee on csfloat (2% fee)), whereas pricempire calculates the fee as $0 due to rounding down
